IsoAcoustics’ ISO-L8R200 Speaker Stands wins coveted ProSound Network “Best of Show” at 133rd AES 2012 at industry debut
IsoAcoustics secures another prestigious industry award, the second time in a year it is awarded “Best of Show” from ProSound Network
Toronto, Ontario – October 28, 2012 – IsoAcoustics newly-launched speaker stands, ISO-L8R200 for mid-field studio monitors and subwoofers, were named “Best of Show” by ProSound Network at the 2012 AES in San Francisco today. This is the second time in 2012 that an IsoAcoustics product is taking home the much sought-after ProSound Network “Best of Show award: the ISO-L8R155 for near-field monitors was named a winner at the 2012 NAMM in Anaheim, California.
Every year, the editors of ProSound News and ProAudio Review, with assistance from the editors of sister titles, Audio Media and Mix, scour the exhibits at each major convention and trade show for new and noteworthy products. The hardware, accessories and software that demonstrate particular merit are singled out for the ProSound Network Best of Show Awards after an extensive selection process.
At AES 2012, IsoAcoustics showcased both models of speaker stands which are based on a unique, “floating design”. The patented architecture offers various winning features such as 14 different variations in height and tilt for perfect monitor placement and focus. The speaker stands can be used on desktops, meter bridges or floor mounted stands to optimize studio monitor placement and focus and are ideal for professional, home studios and desktop applications.
“We have been very pleased with the response to our new ISO-L8R200 stands at this year’s AES, and now that has now been topped off by this Best of Show Award”, added Dave Morrison, President and founder of IsoAcoustics Inc.
